Workshop bookings
Your place is reserved once payment has been completed and Shopify has issued your order confirmation. Please check the workshop date, time and venue carefully before booking.
Arrival and materials
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before the advertised start time so the workshop can begin promptly. All workshop materials are supplied, including gloves and snips. You are welcome to bring your own snips. Floristry can be messy, so please wear suitable clothing.
Cancellations, transfers and refunds
If you can no longer attend, please contact Botanica Floral Design as soon as possible. You may transfer your place to another person by providing their name and contact details before the workshop.
Because materials and flowers are purchased for each attendee and capacity is limited, customer cancellations are refundable only if Botanica Floral Design successfully fills the cancelled place, except where your statutory rights require otherwise. Non-attendance does not qualify for a refund.
If Botanica cancels or reschedules
If Botanica Floral Design cancels a workshop, you will be offered a transfer to another available date or a full refund of the workshop price. Botanica is not responsible for additional travel, accommodation or other costs.
Accessibility and safety
Please contact Botanica Floral Design before booking if you have accessibility requirements, allergies or another condition that may affect your participation. Attendees are responsible for following safety guidance when using tools and handling materials.
Photography
Photographs may occasionally be taken during workshops for Botanica Floral Design marketing. Please tell the workshop host on arrival if you do not wish to appear in photographs.
